The Deluxe Two Level Suite was a cozy oasis, perfect for chilling after a day of exploring! With fabulous eateries like El Mercadito and Kukulpan just a stone's throw away, our tastebuds were dancing. The staff were super helpful, responding quickly via WhatsApp, making our stay smooth as butter.

However, walking into only two towels for my shower felt like opening a gift with half the goodies missing. Dealing with a faulty toilet and no onsite assistance was a bit of a hassle, but the great location kept us smiling.

the so-called terrace was just a front door step, which is a joke. waiting around 30 minutes for someone to acknowledge me is definitely not what i'd call luxury service. i also crouched through my stay without a single complimentary upgrade or gesture. pretty unbelievable, really. almost gave five stars but just couldn’t.
